We use forging and casting techniques to produce large module gears of high quality and strength. We can customize the module of gears from 1-40 with maximum gear grinding of module 24. We can produce gears with a diameter of up to 8000 mm for gear wheels, and up to 2000 mm for spiral gears. The length of gear shafts can extend up to 5000 mm. We also offer OEM services and can customize gears as per customer requirements.
Our gears undergo heat treatment, which involves case hardening to increase the hardness and strength of the gears. Our gears are designed with different shapes of teeth, including spur gears, helical gears, drum gears, bevel gears, and spiral bevel gears. The tooth shapes of the gears are customized as per customer specifications, ensuring optimum performance and efficiency.
